When carrying out windscreen chip repairs our terms and conditions are as follows:

1) This guarantee is valid for twelve months from the date on the original invoice.

2) It covers the repair against further damage or deterioration during normal usage.

3) The original invoice must accompany all guarantee claims and will be honoured at

all company-owned outlets.

4) The customer’s claim is limited to a re-repair or a refund, this being at the

discretion of Wise Cracks.

5) Subsequent damage and work for which no charge is raised are not subject to

this guarantee

6) Please note that the above applies to chip repairs only. Crack repairs carry no

guarantee.
